Once the RORO vessel berths at the port of discharge, the vehicles are “rolled off” or driven outside the RORO vessel. Customers are requested to inquire about their RORO shipments at least 2-3 weeks before their desired shipment date. All personal effects should be removed from the vehicle prior to the shipment. Vehicles need to be fully operational as the vehicle will be loaded and unloaded into the vessel by a designated transporter.
